EAFP members benefit from a reduced registration fee. There are also reduced fees for non-EAFP students, therefore confirmation of student status will be required. Registration fees are detailed in the table below. Rates for the conference are priced in Great British Pounds and include VAT at 20%.

Conference registration will open on 10 February 2017 and delegates will be required to pay the registration fees at time of booking by credit card or by wire transfer.
Please note payment must be received in full to gain access to conference proceedings.

Cancellations received 30 days prior to the conference will be charged an administration charge of 20% of the conference fee plus the service charge.
Cancellations made 29 days prior to the start of the conference or later, as well as ‘no shows’, are liable for the full registration fee. Name changes to existing bookings are permitted up until close of registration on 31st August 2017.
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of £50, if a written notice of non-attendance (by letter or e-mail) is received by the Conference Office before August 15th, 2017. If cancellation is made after this date, no refund of fee can be expected. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
